Hi, I'm Catrina
I’m so glad you’re here. From the very beginning of my career in therapy, I’ve been driven by a deep passion for helping others. I feel a profound calling to walk alongside survivors of abuse as they heal, reclaim their lives, and reconnect with their inner strength. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where survivors feel empowered to rediscover their resilience and help them develop a path toward the life they deserve. If this is you, you are not alone, and I’m here to help guide and support you every step of the way.

My Journey in Supporting Survivors of Abuse
I started my clinical journey working with survivors of abusive relationships in a domestic violence agency. I have continued to work with these survivors throughout my work at other levels of care, including inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization, as a drug treatment counselor in the community supervision system and in private practice. I have supervised many LPC Associates in various treatment settings including: domestic violence agencies, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, county jail, school settings, and private practice. As an EMDR consultant, I guided fellow clinicians to deepen their understanding and implementation of EMDR in clinical practice. I have created various worksheets, resources, a workbook and a recovery program for survivors. Additionally, I offer a peer support group for those who work with survivors that meets monthly to help support and guide fellow clinicians who are also working with survivors.
